Product Introduction
High-throughput grinder can be used for dry grinding, wet grinding, mixing, and homogenizing. It is suitable for processing various types of samples, including plant tissues (such as rice, corn, wheat, beans, peanuts, etc.), animal tissues (such as muscles, small intestines, heart, lungs, fur, bones, hair, etc.), cells, bacteria, yeast, and various traditional materials. This instrument significantly enhances grinding efficiency and quality, especially in the extraction of nucleic acids from large volumes of samples. It is widely used in fields such as biochemistry, microbiology, pharmaceutical chemistry, surface chemistry, physical chemistry, and zoology.

High Throughput and Effective Results
Efficient and rapid processing allows for the grinding of 24×2ml or 48×2ml samples within one minute, saving time and effort with minimal batch-to-batch and within-batch variation. The extracted proteins have higher specific activity, and the nucleic acid fragments are longer.
No Cross-Contamination
During the grinding process, the sample tubes remain completely sealed. Disposable centrifuge tubes and beads can be used, ensuring that the samples remain intact within the tubes, thereby preventing cross-contamination between samples and contamination from external sources.

By setting the same program for the same tissue sample, identical grinding results can be achieved. The short processing time ensures that the sample temperature does not rise.
